Hi, I’m Nikki! I’m an Integrative Health Coach and founder of One Body Wellness with Nikki LLC. I help women put the broken pieces of their health back together and create a wholesome lifestyle with ease.
As a bodyworker, certified health coach, and mom of three, I understand the unspoken expectations of family life—the struggle to nurture and protect while trying not to burn out. I’ve felt the guilt of giving endlessly, but I’ve also discovered the freedom that comes from pouring from a full cup.
With years of experience, I guide women to reconnect with their bodies, shift their mindset, and embrace holistic practices that bring lasting vitality. You may feel broken, but your body is designed to heal when given the chance.
